Installation
1. Download and install using the plugin installer from the WordPress Admin Panel.
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
3. Create a Page for the Form and insert the following shortcode:
[siwa-contact-form]
Note: All data is destroyed upon plugin deletion. For now, Options remain however.
