Our Process

Gather Requirements
The most important step of any project large or small is the requirements gathering stage. topics covered in this step determine the quality and scope of the project.

Development
We use the Carnagie Mellon Maturity Model of software development. This step is an iterative process wherein milestones are realized and parts of the system are tested and approved by the client.

Delivery
Once developmet is completed, the system is rolled out to the users. Regression testing is also part of the delivery phase, addressing any bugs or logical errors that may have been missed. It is imperative to stay the course and scope defined in the Requirements Gathering stage to meet the estimated delivery dates.
